CHURCH & HOME CHRISTIAN ITEMS DROP SHIPPING: Religiousmall is preparing to offer a dropshipping program. A dropshipping order is shipped directly to your customer as if it is shipped from you (i.e. the label is either "white" and does not mention Religiousmall or mentions your business name.
The following polices apply to drop ship orders:
PLACING ORDERS: Drop ship orders must be submitted to us online via your web account, where the billing information is yours and shipping information is for your customer.
CHARGES: Each drop ship order will be charged a handling fee which is $2.50 per order. You will also be charged the actual shipping cost.
PAYMENT: All drop ship orders must be paid for before they ship out.
MARKETPLACE e.g AMAZON and eBay SELLERS: Some marketplaces can be particularly demanding when it comes to shipping times. Please note it is not possible to guarantee shipping times. You must also sell in channels that can accept an average shipping time estimation rather than a guarantee.
DROP SHIP ORDERS SHIPPING TIMES: For items that are made-to-order we require 1-8 business days on average. Handling time varies. Shipping time depends on the destination and the shipping method. Standard shipping to US destinations will take an average of 6-9 business days or up to a maximum of 12 or more according to the post office.
SPECIAL TERMS FOR DROPSHIPPING
RETURNS: We cannot provide refunds for non-resell-able items, any incurred shipping charges and fees and a restocking fee of 20%.
BACK ORDERS: We make every effort to have products in stock, but this is not always possible. Some categories are made-to-order and more expensive items may need to be ordered upon customer order receipt. We keep you posted regarding all such situations and order progress.
ORDER CANCELLATION/ ORDER CHANGE POLICY: We will make every effort to stop the order or make the requested changes. However, this is on a best effort basis and cannot be guaranteed.
DAMAGE/ MISSING ITEMS/ WRONG ITEM SENT CLAIMS: Any time an order is received that has been damaged, or items are missing from the order, or the wrong items have been sent, it must be reported immediately and within three business days after receipt of the order at most. During this item we will be able to assist in getting postage and other claims. Any claim after three business days will be void.
To make a dropshipping account register on the web with us and let us know by email that you would like to switch your customer account into a dropshipping account. When approved, you will see the dropship prices that apply to your account and be able to request feeds and product information to setup your shop. Please make sure you include your full information, address business names and web site so we can validate and approve your dropshipping status.
